I love cooking on the grill! Grilled food just taste so much better. Something so tribal happens when fire meets food. I think its an unwritten rule: Grilling/BBQ Season begins on Memorial Day and ends on Labor Day. And July 4th is halfway mark. Happy grilling!

What motivates you?

My best friend. That would be the short answer. Motivation, by definition, is the act or process of motivating. She is my biggest motivator--weather she knows it or not. And, YES is I did say she! But, that's another story. So, what does all of this have to do with photos? Plenty. Recently, she fearlessly started her own blog: www.browngirlnextdoor.com. Comprised mostly of her thoughts and life experiences; which in turn motivated me to do the same. The majority of my life is shrouded in secrecy and therefore I will not be sharing (really that's just code for boring)..LOL. But, what I will share is my photos--everyone loves photos. I'm a photographer for a Decatur-based newspaper and I do freelance work, so I take pics of just about everything: sports, people, events, festivals, night clubs, concerts and pure randomness. I invite to interact with me (I don't bite) maybe even suggest intersting things to photograph.
